How this result is produced
The Quick Check is a self-assessment based on your own information. It is not an audit, not a certification and not proof of eligibility for award.
Six dimensions are assessed. Weighting in the total score: supplier base and due diligence 20%, critical materials and security of supply 20%, export control and compliance 20%, quality, standards and evidence capability 15%, IT and information security 15%, contract structures and tendering experience 10%.
Each dimension is the mean of two answers (scale 1–5). The total value is the sum of the weighted dimension values. The percentage shows the distance to the best rating: percent = (value − 1) / 4 × 100. Maturity level: below 1.5 = level 1, below 2.5 = level 2, below 3.5 = level 3, below 4.5 = level 4, otherwise level 5.
The result rests exclusively on self-disclosures, is a positioning and not an examination. It is not a certification, not an audit, not proof of eligibility for award and not legal, export control or certification advice. Notice on the processing of your information
Your answers and the contextual information about your company are stored once upon completion of the check so that we can evaluate and further develop the Quick Check. The controller is SYBX Group Sàrl.
What we do: We store your information and evaluate it exclusively internally and in aggregated form.
What we do not do: We do not pass your information on to third parties, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making. We will not contact you unsolicited on the basis of this check. No tracking takes place.
What you see: Your result is displayed to you only in this session. No other visitor to this page can access your result. There is no link through which your result could be retrieved later. Therefore, download your result as a PDF at the end.
Your information is voluntary. You may omit your company name, in which case the information can no longer be attributed to you. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it informally at any time and request deletion of your information: moien@sybxgroup.lu. The data will be deleted no later than after 24 months.
